Xclusive Materials Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the tiles are unopened, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Returns must include the entire original orderβ€”we do not accept partial returns, leftover boxes, or opened packages.

Please note:

  • Samples and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you need a different product, you must place a new order and return the original.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@xclusivematerials.com to obtain a return authorization number and detailed instructions.

2. Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which applies to any return initiated after the order has been shipped. This fee does not apply to returns due to damaged or defective tiles.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email support@xclusivematerials.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization number along with instructions for completing the return.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs.
  • If returned items are damaged during transit or not received, a refund will not be processed.
  • Refunds may take up to 30 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
